Renowned singer Celine Dion cancels Athens concert due to health problem

Celine Dion revealed she has been diagnosed with Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), a rare neurological disorder with features of an autoimmune disease, and as a result had to cancel her concert originally scheduled in Athens on June 9, 2023, greekcitytimes.com reports.

Specifically, with her announcement, the famous singer made it known that her spring European tour, Courage World Tour, which was scheduled to take place from February 24 to April 11, 2023, has been postponed.

She also announced the cancellation of eight concerts that were scheduled for the summer of 2023 (among them her concert in Greece on June 9, 2023). The concerts scheduled from August 26 to October 4, 2023, will take place as usual.

As she unveiled with tears in her eyes in a video he posted on Instagram, she is dealing with the rare and incurable neurological disorder SPS.
