Hellenic Parliament observes a minute's silence on Friday to commemorate Holocaust

The Hellenic Parliament on Friday observed one minute’s silence to commemorate the Greek Jewish Martyrs and Heroes of the Holocaust and those killed by the Nazis, ANA reports.
“Today we honor the memory of the six million Jews and many other victims of the unprecedented cruelty and horror of the Nazi regime. We also honor, however, all those that managed to survive, the living witnesses of the death camps during the Second World War,” said 3rd Parliamentary Vice-President Thanasis Bouras during the event.
