With the ambition of becoming the largest Greek Road Show for B2B and networking in Europe for the year 2025, the private initiative Choose Greece is starting for the 3rd time in its history, targeting public bodies and tourism businesses that wish to become more widely known in new markets or simply to remind of their presence in the tourism industry.
The action began in Munich, which had the honor of hosting it, and where the BTB and Networking events were held simultaneously with the Tourism Fair.

Over 40 travel agencies and journalists attended the event. The following participated from the Greek side:
Region of Crete,
Chamber of Magnesia,
Tourism Organization of Loutraki (in the photo, a snapshot from the presentation),
Leda Hotel,
Let’s go Travel,
Rethymno Mare Hotel,
Peninsula Hotel,
Argile hotel and spa Kefalonia.
Bike-friendly Hotels also participated, while the event was sponsored by Selecta Group Rent a Car.
“2025 will be a good year for Greek tourism, but we should not rest on our laurels. Marketing and branding are continuous processes that must be carried out consistently. For our part, we aim to put a little stone in the overall branding of our country and contribute to its promotion,” said the head of Choose Greece Leonidas Mamanis.

The event honored Manolis and Sofia Kougioumtzis, who have been the best Gastronomic Ambassadors of Greece in Germany for 30 years. The honorary plaque was presented by Manolis Tsakalakis (President of the Rethymno Hotel Association), together with Kyriakos Kotsoglou (Deputy Governor of Tourism of the Region of Crete) – Photo.
Finally, the entire Consulate of Greece and the Greek community with its representatives were present.
Finally, the event closed with a feast of Greek food and wines curated by Mr. Kougioumtzis.
The next stop, which is Bucharest on March 26, is now Sold Out.
