Just a few steps from the Medieval Town of Rhodes, the five-star Rodos Park Hotel celebrates different gastronomic experiences at the Il Parco Restaurant this summer, enjoying the carefree, flavors, and coolness under the trees.
The curtain opens on Thursday, June 19, with “Rodos Park x Tatakis Wines: Fusion Levantine Wine Pairing”, a special tasting evening that marries modern Lebanese flavors with Rhodes wines. In collaboration with the island’s famous winery, a five-course degustation menu will be presented, accompanied by five selected labels, in a harmonious wine pairing. The menu is curated by the hotel’s Executive Chef Konstantinos Vassiliou, setting the tone for the experiences that will follow this season.
This summer, hotel guests will be surprised by the theme nights from different countries and cultures, by tasting experiences, and above all, by the return of chef Andreas Lagos, with weekly events full of music, joy, and summer mood.
Every Tuesday, Mexican nights with margaritas and live Latin music raise the tempo. On Thursdays and Fridays, Il Parco is filled with jazz, rock and musical influences, while every Sunday, a dinner with soft piano accompaniment is the ideal end to the week.
A special moment of the season is the return for the second year, after the successful collaboration of 2024, of Greece’s favorite Nomad Chef, Andreas Lagos. On September 27, together with Konstantinos Vasiliou, they will create a menu based on Greek raw materials and recipes with Greek products.
