“The Voice of Hind Rajab,” the most talked-about film of the decade, comes to Cinobo on December 4, having already won the Grand Jury Prize in Venice and the Audience Award in San Sebastián, while serving as Tunisia’s official Oscar 2026 submission. Director Kaouther Ben Hania crafts a gripping chamber thriller based on the authentic audio recordings of 6-year-old Hind’s call to the Palestinian Red Crescent on January 29, 2024. Set against the long-standing Gaza conflict, the film tells the desperate attempt to save a child trapped in the family car, while volunteers try to keep her on the line until help arrives. Produced by Joaquin Phoenix, Jonathan Glazer, Brad Pitt, Rooney Mara, and Alfonso Cuarón, the film emerges as one of the most powerful humanitarian works of our time.

SIRIGOS: The anniversary exhibition with 22 contemporary creators

On the occasion of its 101-year history, SIRIGOS presents the anniversary exhibition A Century and A Year, a unique creative collaboration of 22 contemporary artists and designers. From December 6 to 8 at Amalias 36, the exhibition re-illuminates eight archival mid-century pieces from the historic SIRIGOS Furniture archive, inspiring new forms, materials, and approaches. Sculptors, ceramists, architects, and visual artists reinterpret iconic furniture that shaped the aesthetic of the Athenian home, creating a dialogue between past and present. The exhibition honors the legacy begun in 1924 by Iakovos Sirigos and continued by the new generation, giving new life to designs that marked Greek craftsmanship. The opening takes place on Friday, December 5 (18:00–22:00), inviting the public to explore how memory, quality, and innovation meet in contemporary design.
