Bank of Greece head takes part in World Bank- IMF meeting on climate change

Bank of Greece (BoG) head Yannis Stournaras will participate in the regional meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank to be held in Lisbon on Friday.

The meeting, organised by the Portuguese finance ministry and the Bank of Portugal, will focus on climate change and its macroeconomic side-effects, as well as ways to minimise them.

Top officials from the two international organisations, ministers and bank directors from Italy, Malta, San Marino, Albania, East Timor and Portugal will take part in the meeting.
