Developments in the sector of electric connectivity of the islands and progress in the energy storage systems, smart networks and the prospects of supplying the islands with natural gas, are among issues included in the agenda of the European Forum “Clean Energy for the Islands” held on Monday and Tuesday by the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAE) on the island of Naxos, ANA reports.
Energy and Environment Minister George Stathakis will address the event which includes participants such as the president of French RAE Jean-Francois Carenco, the president of the Greek RAE Nikos Boulaxis, and the regional governor of South Aegean Giorgos Hatzimarkos among others.
