The need to rebuild Europe in terms of sustainable development, which will serve as a model for managing such (environmental) issues on a global scale, was underlined in Tuesday’s message by Greek President Prokopios Pavlopoulos, ahead of World Environment Day, June 5, ANA reports.
Pavlopoulos underlined how our planet is “sending a danger signal and that Europe must fulfill its debt to drastically reduce, as soon as possible, human losses and human suffering that result from extreme weather phenomena.”
