Greek president: Med countries should respond to revert the climate crisis

The President of the Hellenic Republic Katerina Sakellaropoulou addressing on Tuesday the Bled Strategic Forum in Slovenia said that there is no time to waste. “All the Mediterranean countries should respond in a coordinated way and take part in a collective effort for the reversal of the repercussions of the climate crisis”, ANA reports.
Referring to Greece, she noted that the brain drain trend has worsened during the economic crisis that the country experienced a few years ago. She also expressed her optimism for the reversal of this trend and the return of a large part of those who were forced to leave the country in order for the country of the brain drain to become the country of the brain gain.
