EasyJet to return to Israel on June 1

EasyJet has announced the return of flights from the UK to and from Tel Aviv in June, following the announcement of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas.

EasyJet will resume flights from Luton Airport on June 1 with four flights a week, according to its website. One-way fares from Luton start from £153.99.

Flights to Israel were suspended in April last year, with the airline citing security concerns.

Wizz Air was the first to announce the resumption of flights to Israel last week.

Other EasyJet connections will be offered from Amsterdam, Basel, Berlin, Geneva, Milan, and Paris.
