Six new hotel investments in Piraeus, Rhodes, Paros, Samos, Ikaria, and Limnos will receive subsidies.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company PIRAEUS SECRET PORT CITY, which concerns the construction of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 21 rooms, 34 beds at 21 Aristidou Street, in Piraeus, with a total eligible cost of 1,179,924 euros and a total supported cost of 1,137,878.40 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company TOURIST CONSTRUCTION AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES D. KALIOUDAKIS – M. RODITIS S.A. which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the ACHILLEION hotel at 14 Charitou Square, Ekato Hourmadi? Area, in Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,000,001 euros.
-Support for the investment project of the company ERGOKAT SML CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTING COMMERCIAL TOURIST INDUSTRIAL SOCIETE ANONYME which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 27 rooms and 57 beds in Piso Livadi, Paros, with a total eligible cost of 3,734,335.40 euros and a total subsidized cost of 3,645,598.23 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company HOTEL TOURIST ENTERPRISES – TOURISTIC KARLOVAS SOLE-PERSON S.A., which concerns the expansion of the capacity of the 4-star Erato hotel by 48 beds, from 94 to 142, at 115 Kanari Street, in the Municipal Unit of Karlovasia, in Samos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 2,412,273 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company LAKIOS ELECTRICITY GENERATION COMPANY S.A., which concerns the establishment of a new 5-star hotel, 27 rooms, 62 beds in the municipal unit of Agios Kirikos, Ikaria, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,938,019.84 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company KASTRO HOTELS, which concerns the modernization of a complete hotel that has ceased operation for at least 2 years before the date of submission of the application for inclusion in the Romaikos Gialos Site, in Myrina, Limnos, with a total eligible and supported cost equal to 5,008,000 euros.
