Ukrainian low-cost carrier SkyUp Airlines will offer two new connections to Athens and Corfu from Moldova in the summer of 2025.
Starting from May 19, the Chisinau – Athens route will be offered, while from May 24 to October 4, the new Chisinau – Corfu connection will operate, according to the current schedule. The frequency of both routes is once a week, and they are planned to be operated with an A320 aircraft. Reservations have not yet opened.
It is noted that last December, the company reinstated regular flights to Heraklion and Thessaloniki from Chisinau, for 2025.
The connection to Heraklion is scheduled to start on April 19, 2025, with a frequency of 3 times a week, which will increase to 4 weekly flights from May 19, while the route to Thessaloniki will start on May 20 with 2 weekly flights. The routes will be operated with 737-800 aircraft with SkyUp flight codes U5.
