The Spanish airline Iberia is strengthening its air connection between Madrid and Athens for August 2025, utilizing wide-body Airbus A330-200 aircraft.
This development is part of the increased demand observed during the summer tourist peak.
Specifically, from August 2 to 30, 2025, Iberia will operate three weekly flights with A330-200 on the Madrid-Athens-Madrid route, every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

The use of Airbus A330-200, a wide-body medium-haul aircraft – long-haul, can accommodate 253-293 passengers.
