Disney Cruise Line returns to Greece during the summer of 2020

The Disney Cruise Line announced earlier in March that it will return to Greece for the first time in five years during the summer of 2020. Its gigantic “Disney Magic” cruise ship can transport 2,700 passengers and 945 crew members, according to greekreporter.com

The company’s summer 2020 cruise lineup offers three Mediterranean voyages, which all depart from Rome. Booking for all the cruises opened up on March 7.

Consisting of one twelve-night and two nine-night itineraries, the cruises will include stops at Piraeus, Katakolon and islands of Santorini, Mykonos and Crete. Two sailings will feature Messina, Italy as a new port of call.

The third cruise will return to Dubrovnik, Croatia, the first time in five years that Disney has stopped at that ancient city’s port.

The Disney Magic’s summer lineup of cruises will start off with trips to the Mediterranean and the Greek Isles. The immense passenger ship will then move on to the Baltic, the British Isles and the Norwegian fjords in northern Europe.
