The Navy Joint Stock Fund approved the adjustment of the annual rent to the amount of 73,746.17 euros for the building it owns at 15 Ermou Street in Athens, which is leased by the company “Therisso – Hotel and Construction Enterprises S.A.”. The new agreement is valid until July 21, 2026.
The Elia Ermou Athens Hotel has been operating in this building since 2019. Its owners, businessmen Nikolaos Kalamaras, the Georgios Kantilierakis family and Anastasios Eleftheriadis, invested approximately 10 million euros in the reconstruction of the buildings that house it.
The hotel’s rooms are fully equipped with modern electronic technology, internet access, Jacuzzi, while most have a hammam and views of the Acropolis. Amenities include a state-of-the-art spa with cryosauna, gym, hair salon and foot care services.
On the top floor, the Athens View Balc?n offers panoramic views of the Acropolis rock and Lycabettus, hosting a restaurant and an all-day bar. The hotel also has a patio bar, the Elia Bistro, as well as approximately 50 parking spaces within the building. For professional or social events, three small multi-purpose rooms with natural lighting are available.

The company’s portfolio includes, among others, the projects Koubeli Seaview Villas in Chania, Stalos 4 Villas Project, Elia Faistou, The Olive Grove Project, Elia Zambeliou, etc.
It is noted that THERISSO S.A. is active in the construction, restoration and exploitation of all types of real estate (apartments, hotels, short-term rental tourist accommodations, commercial spaces, etc.). Since 2012, it has also been developing renewable energy projects (RES), mainly photovoltaic systems with the prospect of expanding to wind projects.
An investor in RES itself, with a portfolio reaching 200MW, it owns the implementation of green energy projects “turnkey” – from the licensing process to the operation of the system and its delivery to its owner or the subsequent monitoring of the operation and maintenance of the system.
