Hilton announced today (October 24) the signing of a franchise agreement for Conrad Corfu with the Troulis family, who own the property. The luxury resort, which will operate under the management of Numo Hotels & Resorts, is expected to welcome its first guests in early summer 2026.
With 136 rooms, suites and villas, a 200-meter private beach, indoor and outdoor heated pools, as well as a full spa and wellness center, Conrad Corfu aspires to establish itself as one of the leading luxury hospitality destinations in the Ionian Sea. The complex also includes a spectacular Aqua Piazza, three restaurants, two bars, an open-air cinema and a kids club designed in collaboration with Worldwide Kids.
At the helm of the gastronomy will be Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, who signs the menu of the fine dining restaurant, creatively combining Greek tradition with modern cuisine.
The design of the resort bears the signature of Cube Concept, Hotel IM and Place in Space Architects, with an architectural approach that combines bold lines with natural materials and earthy shades. The hotel’s art program, curated by Nikos Palaiologos (Saint of Athens), will highlight works by leading Greek artists, giving the space a creative identity.

The new resort is the third partnership between Hilton and Numo, following The Royal Senses Resort & Spa Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton and Numo Ierapetra Beach Resort Crete, Curio Collection by Hilton.
With Conrad Corfu, Hilton further strengthens its presence in Greece, where it has over 65 hotels in operation or under development, including the upcoming Conrad Athens The Ilisian and Hilton Chania Resort & Spa.
