Grecotel: “Bold Vision” to Upgrade 5 of the Group’s Hotels in Crete

With a bold vision where timeless Greek hospitality meets modern luxury, the Grecotel Group is unveiling a series of upgrades to its hotels in the group’s flagship island, Crete.

Specifically, with the aim of upgrading hospitality, Creta Palace is being transferred to Grecotel’s Luxme collection, which consists of premium all-inclusive hotel units. Guests will have access to a range of themed restaurants as well as five complementary ? la carte meals for every 7-night stay. These include options such as a meal at the group’s Agreco Farm, which offers “Become a Farmer for a Day” experiences, cooking classes for children and meals with locally produced products.

The first hotel in the Luxme portfolio, Luxme White, has undergone an upgrade of the culinary offer. Guests can choose from 7 different restaurants and enjoy an evening meal at Agreco Farm.

Changes are also underway at other Grecotel hotels in Crete. The 67-room Caramel is being repositioned as the group’s first all-inclusive boutique resort with new pool villas, all-inclusive ? la carte dining and meals at local restaurants.

Amirandes in Heraklion is unveiling new suites and villas. The hotel offers a variety of dining experiences, with Mediterranean cuisine at the Minotaur restaurant and the Cretan restaurant Xasteria, as well as private dining at the nearby Cretaquarium – Thalassocosmos.

In Panormos, the rooms and bungalows of the Marine Palace & Aqua Park have been renovated, complementing the range of restaurants, family-friendly activities and the Elixir Spa.
