The Greek Central Administrative Council on privatisations gave the ‘go ahead’ to a business plan submitted by the Turkish-Arabian investment group named ‘Jermyn Street Real Estate’ for the concession and business development of state owned ‘Asteras Vouliagmenis’ resort on the Attica seaside riviera.
The next step involves the approval of the plan by the Council Of State.
Based on estimates in the previous deal the Turkish-Arabian real estate group had signed with the Greek privatisation Fund towards the end of 2015, the proceedings for an automatic renewal of the contact, worth 400 million euros has to be completed within the first six months of 2016.
