The Thessaloniki Port Authority (TPA) board of directors on Friday called an extraordinary general shareholders meeting for Thursday, January 25, at the Athens Stock Exchange, ANA reports.
The agenda includes approval of the amended cooperation deal between TPA and Egnatia Odos, amendments to the company’s statute and an amendment to the 2001 concession agreement between the Greek state and the company, along with the election of a new board.
