Tornos News continues to record the hotel investments that are gradually included in the Development Law.
After the first 20 investments, which it presented in a previous report, Tornos News presents another 10 hotel investments (Crete, Tinos, Zakynthos, Milos, Antiparos, Sivota, and Parga) that are added to the List of supported business plans in the hotel sector.
In detail, the investment plans of the groups that are supported according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
1. Support for the investment plan of the company “VMV HOTEL – TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A.” with the distinctive title “VMV S.A. HOTEL ENTERPRISES” which concerns the creation of a new 4-star hotel, through the conversion of an existing building, with a total capacity of 23 beds”, at the location of Ormos Ysternion in Tinos, with a total eligible cost equal to 942,087 euros and a totally supported cost equal to 910,586.45 euros.
2. Support for the investment plan of the company “ACCOMMODATION AT VOLTA I.K.E.” with the distinctive title “VOLTA STAY APARTMENTS AND SUITES” which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with four caves, a restaurant, swimming pools, and underground auxiliary areas at the location / Kokkini Hani Street, in the Municipal Unit of Gouves, in the Regional Unit of Heraklion, in Crete, with a total eligible cost equal to 4,100,000 euros and a total subsidized cost equal to 4,100,000 euros.
3. Support for an investment plan of the company IONIAN PLAZA SA which concerns the modernization of a 135-room, 275-bed hotel, which is being upgraded from 3 to 4 stars in Zakynthos, with a total eligible cost equal to 2,549,600 euros and a total subsidized cost equal to 2,128,622.59 euros.
4. Support for an investment project of the company “ANAGNOSTAKIS TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A.” with the distinctive title “SAFARI CLUB S.A.”, which concerns the modernization of a complete 2-star hotel by upgrading it to 3 stars at the location/street of Agios Fanourios 14 and Aivali, in the Municipal Unit of Nea Alikarnassos, in the Regional Unit of Heraklion, in Crete, with a total eligible cost of 1,345,797.65 euros and a totally supported cost of 1,345,797.65 euros.
5. Support for an investment plan of the company “ALYMIA IKE” concerning the creation of a 4-star hotel in the “Kaminia” location in Milos, with a total eligible cost of 2,205,466.97 euros and a total supported cost of 2,178,809.53 euros.
6. Support for an investment plan of the company “AP KILADA IKE” concerning the creation of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 84 beds in Antiparos, with a total eligible cost of 5,000,000 euros and a total supported cost of 5,000,000 euros.
7. Support for an investment plan of the company “I. AND A. ANESTIS OE” with the distinctive title “MELIAN” which concerns the establishment of a 36-bed hotel in Milos, with a total eligible cost of 3,012,498.25 euros and a total subsidized cost of 3,012,498.25 euros.
8. Support for an investment project of the company “ANTHOULA XYDOU – ILIAS XYDOUS KE SIA OE” with the distinctive title “SANTA MARIA VILLAGE MILOS HOTEL” which concerns the creation of a new 4-star hotel in Milos with a total eligible cost of 1,314,665.29 euros and a total subsidized cost of 1,196,014.46 euros.
9. In addition to the Ministry of Development, the competent services of the Epirus Region approved the inclusion in the Tourism Investment Support Scheme of an investment plan of the company “MUNICIPALITY OF ALKIBIADIS AND CO. EE” which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 13 apartments with 36 beds, within the traditional settlement of Chrysogyali (Valtos) of Parga, with a total eligible cost of 942,000 euros and a totally supported cost of 942,000 euros.
10. The same services of the Epirus Region approved the inclusion in the Tourism Investment Support Scheme of an investment plan of the company CRYSTAL VILLAS IKE, which concerns the creation of a new 4-star hotel with a capacity of 24 beds in Sivota, Thesprotia – Bakoulis location, with a total eligible cost equal to 931,840 euros and a total supported cost equal to 891,904 euros.
