Six new hotel investments in Halkidiki, Kos, Chania, Paros, Milos, and Ios have received the green light to receive aid.

In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
Support for the investment plan of the company CHALKIDIKI LOUTRA VIEWS SINGLE-PERSON IKE concerning the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 27 rooms and 80 beds in the location of Agia Paraskevi Kassandra in Halkidiki, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,250,000 euros.
Support for an investment project of the company HELLENIC CONSTRUCTION – TOURISM – COMMERCIAL COMPANY SA with the distinctive title EKTEM S.A. concerning the expansion of the 4-star hotel HORIZON, by 108 rooms and 216 beds, in the location of Matihari Irakleidon in Kos, with a total eligible cost of 9,852,375.70 euros and a total subsidized cost of 9,602,491.12 euros.
Support for an investment plan of the company CHAR KALOMOIRAKIS TOURIST AND HOTEL ENTERPRISES S.A. with the distinctive title VENUS HOTEL S.A., which concerns the modernization of a complete hotel and upgrade from a 2-star category to a 4-star category, with a capacity of 29 rooms and 71 beds in the Gerani location in Platanias, Chania, Crete, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 2,455,334.38 euros.
Support for an investment plan of the company KAMPOS HOSPITALITY SERVICES S.A., which concerns the establishment of a 5-star category hotel in the Kampos location in Paros, with a total eligible cost of 4,474,370 euros and a total subsidized cost of 4,458,992.01 euros.
Support for an investment plan of the company FOTIS TSAMARDINOS GROUP S.A. with the distinctive title F.T. CAPITAL GROUP, which concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel in Kaminia, Milos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,401,290 euros.
Support for an investment plan of the company DIONYSOS – HOTELS – HOTELS – TRAVEL – TOURISM – CONSULTANCY S.A., which concerns the expansion of the capacity of a 4-star hotel in Ios, with a total eligible cost of 880,495.40 euros and a total subsidized cost of 797,298.24 euros.
