Four new hotel investments in Rhodes, Chania, Milos, and Koufonisia have received the green light to receive aid.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company GEORGIOS O AMBELIOTIS S.A. concerning the comprehensive modernization of 160 rooms of the 5-star Port Royal hotel, with a total capacity of 413 beds and 202 rooms at the Eukalpiton location in Kolymbia, Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 5,991,681 euros.
-Support for an investment project of the company I. TSILEDAKIS S.A. concerning the establishment of a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 85 rooms and 150 beds at the G. Pardalis-M. Metaxakis location, Akti Kanari, Nea Chora District, in Chania, Crete, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 8,000,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company MILOS COLLECTION HOTEL S.A. concerning the establishment of a 5-star hotel in Provatas, Milos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,700,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company NOMAS S.A. concerning the establishment of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 29 rooms and 58 beds in the settlement of Agios Georgios in Koufonisia, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,754,916.82 euros.
