Three new hotel investments in Rhodes, Chania, and Arachova have been given the green light to receive aid.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company TOURISM – HOTEL – TECHNICAL – COMMERCIAL – GEORGIOS O AMBELIOTIS SA, which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the COLUMBIA STAR hotel with its simultaneous upgrade from a 4-star category to a 5-star one in the location of Kolymbia, in Rhodes, with a total eligible and supported cost equal to 8,857,751.31 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company GELASAKIS TRAVEL CENTER, which concerns the establishment of a hotel with a capacity of 26 beds, in the settlement of Pithari, in the Municipal Unit of Akrotiri, in the Municipality of Chania, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 1,403,116.36 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company DELPHI LINE SINGLE-PERSON IKE, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 35 rooms, 70 beds, in the location of Paliokaliva, in Arachova, with a total eligible cost of 2,996,432 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,971,266.20 euros.
