Ten new hotel investments in Corfu, Rhodes, Paros, Ios, Skiathos, Samos, Kalambaka, and Kranidi have been given the green light to receive aid.
Tornos News systematically monitors and publishes investments in the hotel sector that are supported either by decisions of the competent Directorate of the Ministry of Development or by the Regions of the country.
In detail, the business plans of the groups according to decisions of the General Directorate of Development Laws and Foreign Direct Investments of the Ministry of Development are as follows:
-Support for the investment plan of the company ALFA S.A. SINGLE-MEMBER HOTEL-CONSTRUCTION-TOURISTIC AND TECHNICAL COMPANY” which concerns the construction and operation of a luxury 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 49 rooms, 112 beds, in the location of Ano Karavi or Viarou in the Community of Moraitika, in Corfu, with a total eligible cost equal to 9,112,725 euros and a totally supported cost equal to 7,891,635 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company SUNSET DEVELOPMENT VILLAS” which concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 61 rooms, 100 beds in the location Lachania in Rhodes, with a total eligible cost of 6,084,000 euros and a total supported cost of 5,970,684.99 euros.
-Support for the investment plan of the company HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES OF SAMPSON S.A. which concerns the establishment of a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 14 rooms, 80 beds, in the location Kolymbia, in Rhodes, with a total eligible cost of 4,370,000 euros and a total supported cost of 4,274,906.76 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company “RODIAK HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES COMPANY S.A.” which concerns the comprehensive modernization of the CALYPSO hotel, 4-star category, with a total capacity of 323 rooms, 633 beds, in Faliraki, Rhodes, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,000,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company “KANAVA HOTEL AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A.” which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 40 rooms, 80 beds, in Paros, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,950,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company EPIC SUITES AND VILLAS, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 20 rooms, 84 beds, in Desi, Ios, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 4,120,185.24 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company OMICRON DEVELOPMENT SINGLE-MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY, which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel, with a capacity of 24 rooms, 57 beds in Skiathos, with a total eligible cost of 2,350,837.52 euros and a total subsidized cost of 2,225,553.51 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company “HOTEL TOURIST ENTERPRISES-TOURISTIKI KARLOVASOU SA” which refers to the modernization of a complete hotel and its upgrade to 4 stars, at 115 Kanari Street, in Samos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 3,760,000 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company BASDAGIANNIS VISSARION IKE. which concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel on a privately owned plot of land, even and buildable, which is located within the city plan, at Agion Apostolon Street in Kalambaka, with a total eligible cost of 1,900,000 euros and a total subsidized cost of 1,756,121.60 euros.
-Support for an investment plan of the company AZOE RESORT SOLE-PERSON REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION COMPANY, which concerns the expansion of the capacity of a 5-star hotel in Agios Panteleimonas, in Kranidi, with a total eligible and supported cost of 10,687,965 euros.
