The competent authorities have approved the payments of part of the grants for 4 hotel enterprises in Paxos, Lefkada, Zakynthos, and Chania.
In detail:
The Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 690,418.53 euros, corresponding to 25% of the approved grant of 2,761,674.14 euros, to the company LOGGOSESTATE, which concerns the conversion of a listed building for the establishment of a 5-star hotel, type of furnished apartments, in Livadi (former Anemoyannis pomace oil mill) in Paxos, with a total eligible and subsidized cost of 6,131,498.09 euros and an aid amount of 2,761,674.14 euros, which is granted in the form of a grant.
At the same time, the Region of the Ionian Islands approved the allocation of an amount of 102,980.27 euros, corresponding to 25% of the approved grant of 411,921.10 euros, to the company VOLDID.P.M. LTD and concerns the establishment of a 4-star hotel in Karya, Lefkada, with a total eligible cost of 950,430 euros and a total subsidized cost of 913,158 euros.
In addition, the Ministry of Development approved the allocation of 450,000 euros to the company IONIS A.X.T.E., which corresponds to 25% of the approved grant of 1,800,000 euros and concerns the construction of a hotel complex of 40 furnished 5-star apartments, with a capacity of 80 beds in Laganas, Zakynthos, with a total eligible cost of 4,000,000 euros and a total subsidized cost of 4,000,000 euros, with a total aid amount of 1,800,000, which is granted in the form of a grant.
Finally, the Region of Crete approved the allocation of an amount of 232,052.38 euros, corresponding to 25% of the approved grant to the company NIKOS PARASKAKIS HOTEL ENTERPRISES S.A., for the incentive grant of 928,209.54 and a percentage of 31.50%, which concerns the construction of a 4-star hotel, 120 beds with a swimming pool, with the distinctive title ImperialPremiumHOTEL, located in Meleme, in Platanias, Chania, Crete, with a total eligible cost of 2,946,696.94 euros and a subsidized cost of 2,946,696.94 euros.
