Decisions for 6 hotels in Rhodes, Spetses, Crete, Kalamata, and Agia Marina Fthiotidas

The competent authorities have taken decisions for 6 hotels in Rhodes, Spetses, Crete, Kalamata, and Agia Marina Fthiotidas.

In detail:

The Environment Committee of the South Aegean Region has decided in favor of approving the Environmental Impact Study, under terms and conditions, of the project concerning the 4-star hotel COOK’S CLUB IALYSOS RHODES, in Rhodes on behalf of the company G.E.MICHALAKIS S.A. At the same time, the General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental, and Agricultural Policy of the Aegean Decentralized Administration approved the Environmental Terms and restrictions for the operation of the hotel, with a capacity of 91 rooms, 244 beds, on a field with a total area of ??8,020 sq m. Also, the Municipality of Rhodes decided unanimously to provide a positive opinion for the same Environmental Impact Study. Correspondingly, a positive opinion of the hotel in question was given by the Council of the Municipal Community of Ialyssos.
The building service of the municipality of Piraeus granted a geotechnical investigation permit to the hotel complex of the former Xenia Spetses, located in Ligoneri, owned by the company MRP SPETSES SA.
The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Crete approved the environmental conditions for the construction and operation of a 5-star hotel with a capacity of 142 rooms and 600 beds located at Triopetra Agios Vasilios in Rethymno, Crete, owned by the company Special Purpose Company 15.
The building department of the municipality of Chania approved the execution of works for the demolition and removal of unauthorized constructions at a hotel owned by the company BH BOUTIQUE HOTELS CYPRUS LIMITED in the Old Town of Chania.
The building department of the municipality of Kalamata granted permission for the change of layout of a basement section, from a storage area to beauty and spa areas (sauna, hammam, swimming pool installation, sanitary areas, etc.) in the listed building used as a hotel located in Kalamata, owned by the company AGRO.VI.M S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Lamia granted permission for the change of use of a building from a hotel to a residential building and the change of internal layouts located in Agia Marina, owned by Mr. Trantas Dimos.
