The competent authorities have taken decisions for 5 tourist accommodations in Crete, Kefalonia, Limnos, Rhodes and the municipality of Pyli.
The building department of the municipality of Agios Nikolaos granted a permit for small-scale construction work for the maintenance of reinforcement and the installation of scaffolding at the Elounda Ilion Hotel in Elounda, owned by the company ZEUS ENTITION S.A.
The Ephorate of Antiquities of Kefalonia and Ithaca approved the architectural design for small-scale construction works, for the change of use of a building from furnished tourist apartments of the 2nd Class to apartments of permanent residence (apartment building) and internal arrangements in part of the ground floor and basement, on the property allegedly owned by the company Nikolaos & Panagis Pantelatos, Hotel & Tourist Enterprises S.A. in Sami, Kefalonia and within the boundaries of a declared archaeological site of Sami, taking into account that the property is located within the residential fabric of Sami, that the interventions in the building concern internal arrangements, without changes to the facades and openings and that the change of use does not affect the archaeological site, under conditions.
The building department of the municipality of Lemnos has granted permission for the replacement of the roof, change of layouts, reconstruction of facades, and addition of a swimming pool at the 4-star Akti Kastro hotel located in Myrina, Lemnos, owned by the company KASTRO HOTEL ENTERPRISES IKE. Furthermore, the execution of the relevant project has been approved by the Service for Modern Monuments and Technical Works of the North Aegean.
The local council of the Community of Afantou in Rhodes has given an opinion in favor of the Environmental Impact Study concerning the modernization of the KOLYMBIA BEACH hotel located in the Kolymbia area, on behalf of the company A & P AEXTE.
The building department of the municipality of Pyli granted permission for a change of use from a hotel of furnished class B apartments (rooms for rent) to residential use, owned by Messrs. Vythopoulos Vasiliki with a 50% share and Vythopoulos Eleni with a 50% share.
