The competent authorities have taken decisions for 6 hotels in Athens, Halkidiki, Crete, Milos, and Sidirokastro.
Specifically:
The building department of the municipality of Athens granted a small-scale work permit for hotel maintenance and change of use of a ground floor with a loft, a dry cleaning shop into a snack bar in Omonia. The authorized representative for the granting of the permit is Mr. Neofotistos Christos.
The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Macedonia-Thrace approved the Environmental Terms of the project concerning the classic-type hotel, 5-star Possidi Holidays Resort & Suites Hotel located in Glyfoneri, Possidi, Kassandra, Halkidiki, owned by the company Possidi Holidays S.A. The Development, Innovation, and Rural Economy Committee of the Region of Central Macedonia also gave a positive opinion on the study.
The Ephorate of Antiquities of Chania approved the demolition of existing old buildings on the plot allegedly owned by Chania Hotel Enterprises S.A. on 66 Anagnostou Mantaka Street, within the declared and demarcated archaeological site of the city of Chania, under terms and conditions, as it does not directly or indirectly cause destruction, damage, pollution or alteration of the form of the archaeological site. It is noted that, among other things, in the event that antiquities are identified or revealed during the execution of the above works, the works will be immediately stopped, and an excavation survey will follow by the above service.
The municipality of Milos gave a positive opinion on the content of the Environmental Impact Study concerning the expansion and operation of the 5-star hotel complex MILOS COVE INCEPTION RESORT, with a capacity of 118 beds, at the location of Pounta Agali, Komia, Pera Triovasalo, Milos, owned by the company MILOS COVE S.A.E.
The building department of the municipality of Serres granted pre-approval for a revision permit for the construction of a new wing of rooms in an existing 3-star hotel in Sidirokastro, Sintiki, owned by Mr. Tholiotis Theodoros. It is noted that the revision is due to a change in the coverage diagram, with a reduction in roof volume.
