Opinions and decisions were received by the competent authorities for 6 hotels in Thessaloniki, Crete, Zakynthos, and Metsovo.
- The building department of the municipality of Thessaloniki granted a small-scale building permit for localized damage restoration and repainting of the main facades and roof of the LUXEMBOURG hotel located in Thessaloniki, owned by the company LUXEMBOURG S.A.
- The building department of the municipality of Thessaloniki granted a permit for small-scale building works for the internal layout of a K5 store, repair and energy upgrade works, functional integration with an adjacent property (hotel reception), construction of a shelter above the entrance of a store located in Thessaloniki, owned by the company A.D. DELIS S.A.
- The building department of the municipality of Chania granted a pre-approval permit for the addition of 11 swimming pools, a water feature, and water toys to the Caldera Beach I hotel, 4 stars, 274 beds located in Platanias, Chania, owned by the company E.KROMMYDAKIS S.A. Furthermore, the General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of Crete approved the Environmental Terms of the project concerning the Caldera Beach hotel, a 4-star category, with a capacity of 554 beds, following the unification of the two hotels. At the same time, the Environment and Spatial Planning Committee of the Region of Crete also gave a positive opinion on the environmental terms of the hotel unit in Kapsos or Paliomagaz?, in Platanias.
- The Regional Tourism Service of Western Greece of the Ministry of Tourism decided to subject a new main tourist accommodation, a 5-star hotel, with a capacity of 174 beds, seasonal operation, located in Laganas, Zakynthos, owned and operated by the company KARAKASIDIS A.X.TE.B.E.
- The Epirus Regional Tourism Service of the Ministry of Tourism has decided to subject the 2-star hotel BITOUNI, with a capacity of 62 beds, located in Metsovo, owned by the company BITOUNI HOTEL S.A., to standard environmental commitments.
