The competent authorities have taken decisions for 7 hotels in Athens, Rhodes, Crete, Halkidiki, Corfu and Kos. Specifically:
- The building department of the municipality of Athens granted a permit for internal renovations to the Athenaeum Intercontinental hotel located at 89-93 Syggrou Ave., on a plot of land of 10,989.73 sq m, owned by the company DONKEY HOTELS S.A.
- The building department of the municipality of Rhodes has granted a permit for small-scale building works for internal renovations to a hotel located in Ialyssos, Rhodes, leased by the company NIKOLAOS SARIS SOLE OWNERSHIP IKE.
- The Dodecanese Regional Tourism Service, Department of Tourism Development, Inspections and Control of the Ministry of Tourism, has decided to subject a hotel under construction and operational merger with an existing main tourist accommodation located in Ialyssos, Rhodes, with the distinctive title AZOLI, 4-star category, with a final capacity of 157 beds, on a plot of land with a total area of ??2,167.72 sq m, on behalf of the company PAPAGRIGORIOU BROS. S.A. COMMERCIAL MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
- The building department of the municipality of Rethymno granted a permit for the construction of a swimming pool in the surrounding area of ??the ground floor, the construction of a pergola on the roof, and the addition of a thermal facade to a 4-story hotel building located in Perivolia, Rethymno, owned by the company ODYSSEA S.A.
- The building department of the municipality of Sithonia granted a permit for repairs to facades and roofs, as well as maintenance and renovation work on rooms of the Anthemus Sea Hotel (photo) located in Nikiti, Halkidiki, owned by the company ERGODOMI S.A.
- The building department of the municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands granted a permit for the renovation and interior design of the Romanza Hotel (Building C) located in Corfu, owned by the company ROMANZA AXTEE.
- The building department of the municipality of Kos granted a permit for small-scale building works for the change of use of part of a hotel from a breakfast room area to rooms in a hotel located in Lambi, Kos, owned by Mr. Antonis Kamateros.
