The building department of the municipality of Elliniko – Argyroupoli granted three permits for small-scale construction work for the construction of 3 shelters along the pier of Flisvos Marina in Paleo Faliro, Averof entrance, owned by the company LAMDA Flisvos Marina S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Athens granted a small-scale building permit for the repair of facades at a hotel unit located on Faliro Street in Athens, owned by the company HERRA HOTEL ENTERPRISES S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Naxos and Small Cyclades granted a small-scale building permit for the installation of 4 jacuzzi-type swimming pools on the ground floor terraces of the 5-star hotel NAXOS ISLAND HOTEL located in Agios Prokopios, Naxos, owned by the company E & S. KAVOURAS X.T.E.E. S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands granted a small-scale building permit for interior renovations, modification of facades and addition of a swimming pool to a 1-star furnished apartment-style holiday hotel located in the Dassia area of Corfu, owned by Ms. Fotini Sidira 50% and Mr. Cuppari Federico 50%.
The building department of the municipality of Kos granted a building permit for a new swimming pool and change of use from apartments to a hotel with the distinctive title LIFESTYLE of 15 rooms, with a capacity of 30 beds, as well as for the repair of a building in Kardamena, Kos, owned by the company M – HOLDING MIKE.
The building department of the municipality of Kalymnos granted a building permit for the change of use of a category D hotel to offices and the construction of an elevator in Kalymnos, owned by Mr. Ioannis Koutouzis.
