Decisions for 7 hotels in Chania, Heraklion, Naoussa, Sparta, Samos, Rhodes and Kos

The competent authorities have taken decisions for 7 hotels located in Chania, Heraklion, Naoussa, Sparta, Samos, Rhodes and Kos.

In detail:

  • The building department of the municipality of Chania granted approval for small-scale construction work involving the installation of photovoltaic systems in buildings within and outside the plan at a hotel located in Kolymvari in Chania, Crete, owned by the company KOLYMBARI HOTELS AND TOURIST ENTERPRISES S.A.
  • The building department of the municipality of Heraklion has granted approval for small-scale building works concerning the development of a swimming pool restaurant area, the construction of a disabled lift and the development of the surrounding area at the ASTERIAS hotel located in Hersonissos, Heraklion, Crete, owned by the company G. GIANNOULAKIS – A. GIANNOULAKIS S.A.E.X.T.E.
  • The building department of the municipality of Heroic City of Naoussa has granted pre-approval for a revision permit concerning the addition of a ground floor kitchen area and public gathering area by extension to the main building of a hotel of furnished apartments, as well as for the replacement of roof supports of an existing building and the extension of a balcony, on behalf of the tenant Mr. Dimitrios Papakonstantinou.
  • The Peloponnese Region has decided to allow the exceptional use of a furnished apartment-type guesthouse with a maximum capacity of 20 beds on land owned by the company MANIATIS TOURISTIKI E.E. located at the intersection of Ananiou and Lysandrou streets in Sparta.
  • The building department of the municipality of Western Samos has granted a building permit for an extension to a tourist accommodation located in Kampos Marathokampos, Western Samos, owned by the company HOTELS TOURISM TSOUMIDIS S.A.
  • The building department of the municipality of Rhodes has granted a small-scale work permit for a change of layout and conversion of part of the ground floor from common areas to rooms, at the 3-star hotel ELIOULA, owned by the company X.T.E.E. VAMVAKAS S.A.
  • The building department of the municipality of Kos granted a permit for small-scale building work for the upgrade of hotel rooms, internal arrangements in the basement rooms of a central building in Kos, owned by Ms. Stavroula Triantaphyllopoulou.
