The building department of the municipality of Chania granted a building permit for the construction of two new swimming pools and modification of the existing one at the LENA AKTI hotel located in Chania, owned by the company LENA AKTI S.A.
The municipality of Hersonissos has given a positive opinion on the Environmental Impact Study concerning the star category hotel Cretan Village, with a capacity of 610 beds, located in Anissaras, Hersonissos, owned by the company MITSIS COMPANY S.A., with the observation that it should be investigated whether, in addition to the municipal road that runs through the property of the company MITSIS COMPANY S.A. from the western side and up to the beach, there is an obligation of the said company to leave a second access to the coast at the eastern end of the property, 3 meters wide.
The building department of the municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands granted a small-scale building permit for the construction of 3 swimming pools and a change in the shape of the central swimming pool in a 4-star hotel and second-class rental apartments located in Acharavi, Corfu, owned by the company MERCAN CAPITAL GREECE SINGLE-PERSON S.A.
