The building department of the municipality of Heraklion granted a permit for small-scale construction work for facade repairs using scaffolding at the CASTELLO CITY hotel located in Heraklion, Crete, owned by the company H.G. KASMIRLIS S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Agios Nikolaos granted a permit for small-scale construction works at the ELOUNTA BEACH hotel located in Elounda, Agios Nikolaos, owned by the company ILIOS S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Chania granted a permit for small-scale construction works for the construction of a metal pergola at the DOMUS BLANK hotel located in Chania, owned by the company LAPIS Ltd.
The General Directorate of Spatial Planning, Environmental and Agricultural Policy of the Decentralized Administration of the Aegean, approved the Environmental Terms and Restrictions, the implementation of which is a necessary condition for the operation of the 5-star MYCONIAN VILLAS COLLECTION hotel, with a capacity of 210 beds, located in Paralia Elias in Mykonos, owned by the company OKEANIDA S.A.
The Development, Innovation and Rural Economy Committee of the Region of Central Macedonia gave a positive opinion on the Environmental Impact Study of the MYTHIC SUMMER HOTEL, a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 196 beds, located in Kallithea, Pieria, owned by the company TH. PAVLIDIS AND CO. EE, without requiring additional terms or conditions.
The building department of the municipality of Kalymnos granted a permit for small-scale building works for the change of use of part of a C’ category hotel located in Kalymnos into a technical office for a shipbuilder, change of use works, arrangements and repairs using scaffolding, owned by Mr. Psarompas Emmanouil.
The building department of the municipality of Volos granted a permit for small-scale building works for the energy upgrade of the FILOXENIA hotel located in Portaria, Pelion, within the framework of the I Save – I Do Business program, owned by Mr. Milanos Chrysovalantos.
