A contract was signed today between the Superfund/Growthfund and the company “Sani Monopersoni Anonymos Etariat Anaptyxeos kai Turismos” for the development of the property “Sani Kassandra” (Northern Section), with a total area of ??642,280.42 sq m, in the Sani area, Municipality of Kassandra, Regional Unit of Halkidiki.
The company was declared the highest bidder last June, for a total price of 4 million euros, in a tender held by the Superfund. The tender process for the development of the property was carried out in one phase and the Financial Consideration was paid in a lump sum.
The contract was signed by the Deputy CEO of the Superfund, Panagiotis Stamboulidis, and on behalf of the company, the Senior Manager of Acquisitions & Investments of “Sani Development and Tourism Limited Liability Company”, Lambis Pachygiannakis. The event was also attended by the Director of the Greek Legal Department of the Group, Eleanna Karvouni, as well as the legal representatives of the company, Theologos Mintzas, and Valia Anastasopoulou.

The property with a total area of ??642,280.42 sq m, which constitutes the independent, northern part of the total area of ??915,099.72 sq m, is located in an area of ??particular natural beauty, with significant environmental and tourist interest. The area is located at the location “Metochi Stavronikita”, in the Sani area, outside the boundaries of the Municipal Unit of the Municipality of Kassandra, in the Regional Unit of Chalkidiki, in the Region of Central Macedonia, an area that constitutes the “Farm of the Rural Penitentiary of Kassandra”.
According to the General Urban Plan, the uses of the property are limited by special urban and environmental regulations, as it is located in an Archaeological Site Protection Area and in its entirety within a zone of High Agricultural Productivity.
