The competent authorities have taken decisions for 7 hotels located in Athens, Corfu, Mykonos, Rhodes, Kos, Heraklion in Crete and Xanthi.

The building department of the municipality of Athens granted pre-approval for a building permit for a change of use of a building from an apartment hotel to residences, a store to a health care facility, a radical renovation and change of facades, in a building located at 64 Γ’ Septemvriou and Ipirou streets in Athens, owned by the company YAHELI REAL ESTATE.
The building department of the municipality of Central Corfu and Diapontia Islands granted a permit for small-scale building works concerning the hotel THINALOS located in North Corfu, owned by the company ZEMPO TOURISTIC IKE.
The building department of the municipality of Mykonos granted a permit for small-scale building works concerning internal arrangements at the hotel MYKONOS GRACE located in Agios Stefanos, Mykonos, owned by the company EM TZI NIOUKO S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Rhodes granted a permit for small-scale building works concerning internal arrangements of rooms at the hotel WHITE DREAMS located in Faliraki, Rhodes, owned by Mr. Vasilios Paraskevopoulos.
The building department of the municipality of Kos has granted a permit for small-scale building works which concerns the internal arrangements of a hotel located in Marmari, Kos, without affecting the load-bearing structure of the building, owned by the company BOURANTANIS S.A. – TOURIST HOTELS-MARITIME AND COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES.
The building department of the municipality of Xanthi has granted a permit for small-scale building works which concerns the repairs of internal spaces with the use of scaffolding, at the NESTOS hotel located in Xanthi, owned by the company NESTOS HOTELS TOURIST & GENERAL ENTERPRISES S.A.
The building department of the municipality of Heraklion granted pre-approval for a building permit for the legalization of swimming pools at the 280-bed SENSEANNA hotel located in Hersonissos, owned by the company CRETAN SUN HOTELS S.A.
