The Building Service of the Municipality of Rhodes approved small-scale construction works for repairs to interior and exterior spaces using scaffolding for the restoration of the Kalithea Horizon Blu Hotel (formerly “Lomeniz Blue”), located on Kavourakia Beach in Rhodes, owned by SOSIMEX S.A.
The Liquidation Department of the Directorate of Public Assets of the Decentralized Administration of Peloponnese, Western Greece, and the Ionian approved the assignment for the mapping of facades, plans, and sections (interior and exterior) of the building at 4 Kapodistriou Street, which already houses and operates the hotel business “KAVALIERI MEPE,” owned by the yet-to-be-established Emilia and Spyros Flambouriaris Foundation, following a market survey and receipt of three offers, to the company KERDOS QUANT S.A.
