Greek authorities have approved building works and upgrades for 12 hotels located in Palaio Faliro, Thessaloniki, Meteora, Hersonissos (Heraklion), Katerini, Kos, Loutraki, Rhodes, Rethymno, Mykonos, Halkidiki, and for a marina in Nafplio.

Palaio Faliro: Small-scale works for energy upgrades, window replacement, and thermal insulation at Hotel Koralli.
Thessaloniki: Conditional environmental approval for Royal Hotel, a 4-star, 124-room property in Plagiari.
Meteora: Small-scale renovations including pool renovation, exterior redesign, and paving at a hotel owned by Spyridon Divanis.
Hersonissos: External thermal insulation and interior room modifications at Belvedere Resort.
Katerini: Installation of solar and photovoltaic systems with storage on the roof of Mediterranean Princess.
Kos: Preliminary permit for two new pools at a 5-star hotel owned by Frangos Achilles & Paraskevi S.A.
Loutraki: External thermal insulation works at Plaza Hotel.
Rhodes: Small-scale works including fa?ade repairs, electrical and plumbing updates, air conditioning, and solar water heaters at a hotel owned by Royal AXT.
Rethymno: Interior layout changes and exterior repairs at two 3-star hotels in Agios Vasileios, owned by Spyridakis family and Emm. Vardakis Alianthos S.A.
Mykonos: Roof replacement, interior modifications, painting, and space reconstruction at a hotel owned by Sofia Kousathana.
Halkidiki (Aristotelis): Interior layout modifications in basement and ground floor rooms at a hotel owned by Tourist Enterprises Chalkidikis S.A.
Nafplio Marina: Preliminary permit for the new marina, owned by the Municipal Port Fund and leased to Nafplio Marina M.A.E.
These approvals mainly involve energy upgrades, small-scale structural works, interior renovations, and infrastructure improvements to support better operations, energy efficiency, and guest experience.
