The municipality of Ermionida gave a positive opinion on the installation of a floating platform in the marine area at the KORAKIA location of Kranidi in Ermionida, in front of the Amanzoe Beach Club hotel, on behalf of the company AZOE RESORT SOLE AGENCY S.A. According to the relevant application of the Graduate Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineer, the surface area of ??the floating platform is 118.08 sq m.
At the same time, the Municipality of Central Corfu and the Diapontian Islands gave a positive opinion on the installation of a floating platform in the Benitses sea area on behalf of the company KLC III Hotel Tourism Development Construction Commercial S.A. ‘As stated in the content of the decision, the floating platform is for seasonal use, has a surface area of ??89.28 sq m. and has an accompanying access bridge with a surface area of ??4.25 sq m. The purpose of the installation of the floating platform is to use it as a starting and parking point for motorized and non-motorized marine recreational vehicles, in addition to the towing of a sea parachute.
It is noted that the installation of floating platforms is very popular, both in hotel businesses and other tourism businesses and organizations, as it serves many different purposes that benefit beach visitors.
