Hollywood glamour will flood the Peloponnese in March, as filming of the film production “Odyssey”, directed by award-winning Christopher Nolan, will begin in the middle of next month, with the participation of famous actors such as Matt Damon, Charlize Theron, and Anne Hathaway, etc.
Filming will take place in Messinia and Corinth, while landmarks of these areas will be transformed into epic sets. The Castle of Methoni will be transformed into a set for the epic film. On the famous beach of Voidokilia, scenes with the Cyclops Polyphemus, while the necessary permits for filming in Acrocorinth have also been obtained.
The organization of the filming will be implemented by NAFA Monoprospi SA (a subsidiary of “Faliro House Productions”, founded by Christos V. Konstantakopoulos in 2008 and has left its mark on major productions in Greece and abroad, such as the film “The Lobster” by Yorgos Lanthimos, “Voyage of Time” by Terrence Mallick, “Before Midnight” by Richard Linklater, etc.
