The NBA Basketball School returns to Costa Navarino this summer from June 2nd to September 7th, with a dynamic program for aspiring players aged 6-18.
To kick off the summer program, Costa Navarino will welcome two-time NBA All-Star Isaiah Thomas on May 31st. Children and young people who will participate in the event will have the opportunity to train on the court under the guidance of the top player, receive autographs, and familiarize themselves with techniques and ways of playing.
In addition, NBA Basketball School participants will have the unique opportunity to learn the secrets of the sport from former NBA player and No. 1 NBA draft pick, Michael Bradley, who will direct this year’s program from July 1st.
Aspiring NBA Basketball School athletes will be able to choose between 3- to 7-day programs with morning on-court training sessions, emphasizing skill development, and afternoon games. Upon registration for the program, all participants will receive an NBA T-shirt, an NBA Basketball School certificate of participation, a basketball, and a backpack.
The NBA Basketball School at Costa Navarino will open in 2023 and is the NBA’s first partnership with a European destination. The NBA Basketball School is the result of a collaboration between the NBA’s International Basketball Operations department, current and former NBA coaches, players, and player development experts.
