The Municipality of Syros-Ermoupolis announced a public oral bidding auction for the lease of a football field of 1380 sq.m. with changing rooms of 76.32 sq.m. and an office of 10 sq.m. (Dimitrios Vikelas Sports Center) on Ir. Polytechneiou Street in Ermoupolis.
The procedure will be held before a competent Committee, on Monday, November 24, from 12:00 to 12:30. Any interested party to participate in the auction must submit a letter of guarantee from a recognized Bank or the Deposit and Loan Fund in the amount of 600 euros.
The duration of the lease is defined as six years starting from the date of delivery of the keys and use of the leased property by the lessor Municipality to the highest bidder. The lease may be extended for 6 additional years, if the lessee so wishes following a decision of the Municipal Council. The first offer for the monthly rent is set at the amount of 500 euros plus the corresponding stamp. The payment of the rent will begin from the date of delivery of the keys and use of the leased property.
The leased property will be used exclusively by the lessee, as a professional home, maintaining in any case the physiognomy of feasibility and existence of the leased property unchanged. No change in the use of the leased property is permitted, unless the lessor gives prior and necessary written permission, in compliance with the legal formalities and all legal conditions. Any work required or desired by the lessee to carry out on the leased property, after its receipt, must have the equally necessary prior written approval and consent of the lessor and always under the necessary monitoring and guidance of the local services of the Municipality and will be carried out with the exclusive care, expense, costs and responsibility of the lessee. Any works or work that will be carried out on the leased property and constitute a renovation or modernization of the leased property will be owned by the Municipality and will remain for the benefit of the lessee and the Municipality throughout the duration of the lease.
