The bodies of the two scuba divers that went missing while diving in a cave at Sokastro in Karpathos were found on Sunday, by divers of the Underwater Missions Unit, ANA reports.
The two scuba divers went missing on Saturday while exploring an underwater cave with a depth of 45 meters. A third foreign national that had also gone diving in the cave with them had returned to the surface due to lack of air, without seeing the other two men. He then alerted the coast guard and a search was launched with the participation of a coast guard patrol boat, private boats as well as other divers.
