The webhotelier | primalres group is renamed Revplus as part of a series of structural corporate changes aimed at transforming the group.
According to information from Tornosnews.gr, this process has several stages, from the transformation of the companies that has already begun, to the change of email domains, and the rebranding of extranets and websites, and will be completed within the first half of 2025.
As stated in an update sent to its partners, all the group’s products will retain their names, but will now be available under the group’s new umbrella brand.
As part of the changes, Revplus Hellas S.A. becomes the subsidiary through which the Revplus group designs, develops, operates, and distributes the webhotelier booking engine, the primalres channel manager, and the hotelizer pms for all customers in Greece and has already acquired the intellectual property rights (IP rights) to these products. Services to partners will continue to be provided normally, without any interruption or change in their operation.
Revplus Hellas S.A., as the new owner of the above products, will sign new contracts with each of the customers.
For their part, partners will have to sign the new contracts with Revplus Hellas S.A. and update their accounting after the signing is completed.
At the same time, in the coming months, new products, significant upgrades and additional features to existing products, new partnerships in Greece and abroad, improved procedures for even better support and greater security, and investments in technological systems and human resources are expected to be launched.
