The competent bodies proceeded with 5 assignments for the provision of travel and hotel services as well as catering services.
In detail, the Central Union of Municipalities of Greece has assigned for this year to the company ASK 2 TRAVEL S.A. the provision of accommodation services for elected officials, official guests, executives, employees and its partners both domestically and abroad. The total fee of the contractor for the provision amounts to 190,000 euros including all reservations applicable to public contracts. The total duration of the contract may be extended by a reasoned decision of the contracting authority up to 50% of its duration following a relevant request by the contractor submitted before the end of its duration, in objectively justified cases that are not due to the contractor’s fault.
The Hellenic Cycling Federation, following an electronic tender for the provision of travel services for this year’s needs, has selected the company V. NIKOLAOU TOURIST SOLE EMPLOYEE LTD as the final contractor for a bid price of 161,610 euros. Specifically, the subject of the contract is the provision of travel services (issuance of domestic and international ferry, road, railway and air tickets, rental of means of transport, hotel reservations, accommodation and food expenses, etc.) for the needs of the Federation until the financial object thereof is exhausted.
OSE has proceeded with the assignment of the room rental service at the ROTONDA hotel in the city of Thessaloniki, to cover the accommodation needs of OSE personnel, for a total value of 29,832 euros including VAT including other taxes until 31-01-2026.
The Administrative Committee of the Athens Chamber of Commerce has taken a decision to assign the company KARAVEL HOTELS S.A. for the amount of 31,620 euros including VAT the accommodation services for 62 delegates on October 17 and 18 in Athens within the framework of the 7th National Conference of Elected Insurance Intermediaries in the Chambers of the country.
The University of Ioannina has awarded the result of the international open competition for the selection of a contractor for the provision of catering services for its students for the period 2025-2027 to the company AMLTHEIA S.A. The budgeted expenditure amounts to approximately 10 million euros.
