The first-ever solo exhibition of American artist George Condo in Greece will be held at the Museum of Cycladic Art in Kolonaki, central Athens this summer, with 30 paintings, sculptures and drawings considered representative of his best work in a career spanning four decades, ANA reports.
The exhibition “ George Condo at Cycladic” is part of the museum’s contemporary art programme and a catalogue will be published on its occasion. It is curated by Atalanti Martinou. The show opens at the Stathatos Mansion on June 8 and will be inaugurated in the presence of the artist.
