Greek Supreme Court: Members of anti-mask movement subject to arrest and prosecution

In a circular sent to all appeals and first-instance court prosecutors on Tuesday, Supreme Court Prosecutor Vassilis Pliotas instructed them that members of the anti-mask movement, even if they acted exclusively online, can be arrested and immediately led to a trial, since they are committing the offense of inciting others to insubordination, ANA reports.

This form of rapid prosecution is normally reserved for individuals caught in the act of committing a minor crime or arrested up to one day after committing a minor crime.
