A rapid change of weather is forecast for the coming days, with winter coming back again, protothema.gr reports.
Significant bad weather due to cold gas masses that will approach Greece from the northeast, is expected from coming Thursday.
Based on the latest forecast data of the National Observatory of Athens/meteo.gr, rainfall in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas and snowfall will occur on Thursday 17/03 and Friday 18/03.
In the central and northern continents on Friday 18/03, there is a possibility of sleet or snow even in areas of lower altitude.
The temperature will fall which will be felt from Friday 18/03. It is characteristic that on Saturday its maximum value is not expected to exceed 10 to 11 degrees Celsius, even in the island areas.
