A blood drive will be organized at the ‘Syntagma’ stop of the Athens Metro on Saturday (Nov. 16) in honor of the annual World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims (WDR), it was announced on Wednesday, ANA reports
The WDR is held on the third Sunday of November each year to remember the many millions who have been killed and seriously injured on the world’s roads and to acknowledge the suffering of all affected victims, families, and communities, the organizers, European Federation of Road Traffic Victims, said on the WDR site.
