The implementation of the Tourism for All 2025 Program continues dynamically, with the inclusion of additional beneficiaries for the low season, which ends on 31.12.2025.
The Ministry of Tourism enables even more citizens to enjoy affordable holidays in Greece by utilizing unspent card amounts from the High season, which ended on 30 September 2025.
The a.p. was published 22951/12.11.2025 (B’6082) amendment of the Joint Ministerial Decision of the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Interior, Tourism and Digital Governance for the program “Tourism for All 2025” implemented by the Information Society MAE in order to proceed with the redistribution of an amount of 4.5 million euros that was not utilized by beneficiaries who had chosen the high season to use their card.
In the coming days, the process of selecting new beneficiaries for the Low season ending on December 31, 2025 is expected to be completed.
The new beneficiaries will emerge from the table of non-drawn beneficiaries of the low season based on their ranking in the draw held last March. The list of new Low Season beneficiaries will be posted on the website of the Ministry of Tourism and on the electronic platform of the Program https://vouchers.gov.gr/tourism4all-2025.
The goal of the Ministry of Tourism is to strengthen domestic tourism, support tourism businesses and extend the tourist season with an emphasis on mountainous and less touristically developed areas.
The new drawn beneficiaries will receive, in the near future, information via SMS and email to the contact details they have stated when submitting the application, the status of their application will be modified and they will also receive instructions for activating the digital card from the credit institution of their choice.
The digital card can be used like a simple debit card for accommodation in an accommodation of their choice, without any bureaucratic procedure and geographical limitation. It is noted that beneficiaries do not need to maintain an account with the credit institution.
This initiative of the Ministry of Tourism is carried out with the substantial assistance of the Credit Institutions Alpha Bank and Eurobank, which participate in the Tourism for All Program, and the project implementing body, Information Society of the Hellenic Republic, as well as the excellent cooperation with the co-competent Ministries of National Economy and Finance, Interior and Digital Governance.
Minister of Tourism Olga Kefalogianni stated: “We are dynamically continuing the effort to stimulate domestic tourism, enabling even more of our fellow citizens to enjoy their holidays throughout the year, implementing the Ministry of Tourism’s strategy for sustainable and balanced tourism development throughout the Territory.”
